Please find below a list of all the background checks and clearances that are required for volunteering with the Christian Recreation Program. It is mandatory to update these checks every five years and maintain a copy in the church office. In case you have already filled out these forms before and have any queries regarding the current status of your checks and clearances, you may connect with Jill Snyder in the office anytime between 9 am and 12 pm Monday through Friday.
